Description
Heagard™ boltless ballistic helmet is designed to protect soldiers from bullets, explosive fragments, and riot attacks. The shell is made of Uniflex™ high-tenacity ballistic aramid or polyethylene fabrics impregnated with a thermoplastic resin matrix, so that the maximum ratio of ballistic performance to weight is achieved. Helmate™ retention system made it boltless.
Heagard™ ballistic helmet comes with a range of styles: PASGT, MICH Hi/Mid/Low Cut, and Fast, which have ballistic performance to NIJ0106.01 level IIIA, and V₅₀ in range of 650-750 m/s, with low blunt trauma. Available colors include Olive Green, Desert Tan, Black, and U.N. Blue. Depending on the requirement of V₅₀, trauma, weight, cost, a variety of materials are available. Heagard™ boltless helmet come with trauma reduction padding and boltless retention.
