Runflat system
RungardTMrunflat system provides mobility for civilian and military vehicles. With RungardTMrunflat system , the vehicle can continue moving under control with one or more flat tires, thus avoiding the possible disastrous accident. The need for immediate tire repair or replacement in the middle of nowhere is also eliminated.
RungardTM runflat system is made with lightweight polymer materials, proprietarily engineered with unique properties to keep it from breakage or shattering when under ballistic attack or road hazards. It is strong enough to support the load of a fully armored level B6 sedan or SUV.
RungardTM runflat system can meet the demands of both military and security vehicles in battle zone and other hazardous environment . In the hostile situations , RungardÔ runflat can increase the survivability of the crew member by allowing them to continue the mission or escape from the hostile environment even if the vehicle’s tires suffer complete air loss from hostile firings or attacks.
RungardTM runflat can be installed with a few portable tools , and have Standard Profile and Low Profile available to meet the different need of tire specifications.
